Plant obtained from a specialist nursery as a rooted cutting in 1976. Flowers 2.5 cm long never opening fully are freely produced in midsummer and remain open up to a week.

Kept very slightly moist in winter at a minimum temperature of 20 degrees F. (-7 degrees C)
