what do you get?
We offer a free consultation where you can ask us any questions and we can discuss your ambitions for your enewsletter (for example, it may be purely to report information about your club, or to generate more customers for your company).
Your package will be set-up and priced for the number of contacts (number of email addresses to be mailed) and frequency of enewsletters required.
There is an initial set-up charge (from £50) which includes:-
• The cost of creating a template in your company image (or in a suitable
design if you do not use any specific branding
• Placing all your contact email addresses onto the system (note that
email addresses must be supplied ready to use – preferably in Word or
Excel file).
• Entering your company information, contact details etc into the system
• Sending a ‘proof’ version of your enewsletter for approval
Our monthly fees are tailored to your individual requirements, but will include:-
• Preparation of your enewsletter (from copy and images supplied)
• Images within your enewsletter (up to 5 as standard)
• Sending of your enewsletter
• Maintenance of your subscribers/un-subscribers list, with reporting
• Changes to your company information on the system
Note that for customers opting for a bi-monthly enewsletter we can refund part of the monthly package fee.
Additional ‘extra’ enewsletters can be purchased at any time and we will do our best to ensure we can meet your deadline if it is an emergency.
We do not write your words for you, but if you need assistance in this area we can offer this as an optional extra on your package (providing we have sufficient information provided on the subject matter).
